Additional terms | All commissions under the Dry Eye Rescue Partner Program are standardized as follows: A flat 15% commission applies to all eligible OTC product purchases made using the Partner’s unique referral code or link. This rate reflects approximately 50% of the net profit generated from each sale, after deducting fulfillment, packaging, and shipping costs. Commissions do not vary by product. Commission payments will be available 30 days after each sale, and are only valid if: A current, signed Partner Agreement is on file; and The Partner has submitted a valid payment request through the platform. Partners are not compensated for prescriptions, clinical decisions, or referrals, and no patient-specific health information is used. Patients are free to purchase any products, or alternatives, from any source—there is no exclusivity. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and compliance with all applicable regulations. |
DryEye Rescue and Vision Rescue are divisions of the same parent company. Both operate as centralized fulfillment and marketing platforms that support independent eye care professionals. Participating doctors may receive a fixed 15% partner revenue share on eligible sales made through their unique code, storefront, or channel on either platform. This fee reflects the doctor’s contribution to patient education and product access—not clinical decision-making or prescription activity. All revenue shares are subject to a valid participation agreement and must be requested by the doctor. Revenue becomes available 30 days after the purchase date.

SECTION 21 – DOCTOR PARTNER PROGRAM
DryEye Rescue and Vision Rescue are fulfillment and marketing services operated under a shared parent company. These platforms support independent optometrists and ophthalmologists in providing their patients with access to over-the-counter eye care products and prescription-based contact lenses.
Doctors enrolled in the partner program receive a fixed 15% fulfillment partner fee for sales made through their unique code, tracked link, or branded channel on the platform. This compensation reflects the doctor’s role in promoting product access and patient awareness. It is not tied to any specific clinical decision, prescription, or referral, and is not conditioned on the volume or value of products prescribed or sold.
All sales on Vision Rescue and DryEye Rescue are patient-initiated. Doctors are not required to recommend or endorse specific products. Vision Rescue and DryEye Rescue do not influence or participate in clinical decisions and do not collect, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI). Prescription validation, where applicable, is performed in compliance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA).
In accordance with FTC regulations, Vision Rescue and DryEye Rescue disclose any financial relationships with healthcare professionals where applicable. Patients retain complete freedom of choice regarding where to purchase their eye care products, and purchasing through a doctor's channel is entirely optional.
SECTION 22 - DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Doctors may receive a fixed marketing fee from purchases made using their assigned code or storefront on Vision Rescue or DryEye Rescue. This does not affect product pricing for the patient and is not connected to any prescription or medical service.
